Brisbane’s technology company AiRE, makers of the artificial intelligence powered digital assistant for real estate agents named RiTA, was presented with the prestigious 2020 REIQ Award for Excellence for Industry Innovation at a gala on 14 March, 2020.
RiTA is a digital employee that helps real estate agents find and nurture relationships through hyper-personalised prospecting and customer service.
RiTA combines data from your CRM and the market to create a prioritised list of prospects for agents to contact, and she tells them what to say when they make contact.
She can also automate intelligent and scenario-specific replies to buyer enquiries, freeing up your human resources to be more, well, human.
RiTA by AiRE won the hotly contested prize among a group of formidable finalists including Properlytics, Market Buy, RESO, and Agent Dynamics.
AiRE CEO Ian Campbell thanked the other finalists in his acceptance speech saying that “We all share a vision for a better industry and AiRE is honoured to be recognised from the field.”
