A follow up made in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.

Buyer Details
When buyer requirements are added or updated in Agentbox, they are also added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, the contact’s buyer requirements are updated in Agentbox.

Contact Categories

Contact Data Score
A contact data score in Agentbox updates in RiTA. However, RiTA’s contact data score doesn’t update in Agentbox.

Contact Details
Changes made on a contact’s first name, last name, primary mobile, primary email in Agentbox are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.
Updates on secondary phone numbers in Agentbox can only be viewed in RiTA. Changes in RiTA cannot be made.

Communication Preference
Changes made on a contact’s ‘Do Not Call’ / ‘No Spam’ preference in Agentbox are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.

RiTA will attempt to update data in Agentbox as soon as possible.
