An SMS sent in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.
An SMS sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Agentbox.

Emails
An email sent in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.
An email sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Agentbox.

Follow Ups
A follow up made in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.
A follow up made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Agentbox.

Appointments
An appointment made in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.

Notes
A note entered in Agentbox creates a note in RiTA.

Property Details
When a property ownership is added or updated in Agentbox, it is also added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, a note is created against the contact in Agentbox.
Estimated selling dates in Agentbox are updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, a note is created against the contact in Agentbox.

Buyer Details
When buyer requirements are added or updated in Agentbox, they are also added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, the contact’s buyer requirements are updated in Agentbox.
When a change is made to the buyer timeline in Agentbox, RiTA is updated. When the change is made in RiTA, a note is created against the contact in Agentbox.

Contact Categories
When a contact’s categories is added or updated in Agentbox, it is also added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, the categories are updated on the contact in Agentbox.

Contact Data Score
A contact data score in Agentbox updates in RiTA. However, RiTA’s contact data score doesn’t update in Agentbox.

Contact Details
Changes made on a contact’s first name, last name, primary mobile, primary email in Agentbox are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.
Updates on secondary phone numbers in Agentbox can only be viewed in RiTA. Changes in RiTA cannot be made.

Communication Preference
Changes made on a contact’s ‘Do Not Call’ / ‘No Spam’ preference in Agentbox are updated RiTA, and vice versa.

The RiTA x Agentbox synchronisation is almost instant. RiTA updates data in Agentbox as soon as possible, however, there might be API limitations on the CRM side which is why we recommend allowing up to an hour for updates in RiTA to sync back to Agentbox.
