A call made in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
A call made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

SMS
An SMS sent in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
An SMS sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

Emails
An email sent in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
An email sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

Follow Ups
A follow up made in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
A follow up made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

Appointments
An appointment made in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
An appointment made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

Notes
A note entered in Rex creates a note in RiTA.
A note entered in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Rex.

Archives
A contact archived in Rex is archived in RiTA.
A contact archived in RiTA is also archived in Rex.

Property Details
When a property ownership is added or updated in Rex, it is added or updated in RiTA.
Estimated selling dates in Rex are updated in RiTA.
When changes are made in RiTA to the property ownership and/or estimated selling dates, a note is created against the contact in Rex.

Buyer Details
When buyer requirements are added or updated in Rex, they are added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, the contact’s buyer requirements are updated in Rex.
When a change is made to the buyer timeline in Rex, RiTA is updated. When the change is made in RiTA, a note is created against the contact in Rex.

Contact Categories
When a contact’s categories are added or updated in Rex, they are added or updated in RiTA. When changes are made in RiTA, the categories are updated on the contact in Rex.

Contact Data Score
A contact data score in Rex updates in RiTA. However, RiTA’s contact data score doesn’t update in Rex.

Contact Details
Changes made on a contact’s first name, last name, primary mobile, primary email in Rex are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.
Updates on secondary phone numbers in Rex can only be viewed in RiTA. Changes in RiTA cannot be made.

Communication Preference
Changes made on a contact’s ‘Do Not Call’ / ‘No Spam’ preference in Rex are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.

RiTA will attempt to update data in Rex as soon as possible.
