A call made in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
A call made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

SMS
An SMS sent in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
An SMS sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

Emails
An email sent in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
An email sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

Follow Ups
A follow up made in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
A follow up made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

Appointments
An appointment made in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
An appointment made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

Notes
A note entered in Box+Dice creates a note in RiTA.
A note entered in RiTA creates a note on the contact in Box+Dice.

Archives
A contact archived in Box+Dice is archived in RiTA when the ‘archived’ category is available in the CRM.
A contact archived in RiTA is also archived in Box+Dice when the ‘archived’ category is available in the CRM.

Property Details
When a property ownership is added or updated in Box+Dice, it is added or updated in RiTA.
Estimated selling dates in Box+Dice are updated in RiTA.
When changes are made in RiTA to the property ownership and/or estimated selling dates, a note is created against the contact in Box+Dice.

Buyer Details
When buyer requirements are added or updated in Box+Dice, they are added or updated in RiTA. These details can only be viewed in RiTA.
When a change is made to the buyer timeline in Box+Dice, RiTA is updated. However changes made in RiTA do not go back to Box+Dice.

Contact Categories
When a contact’s categories are added or updated in Box+Dice, they are added or updated in RiTA in view mode only.

Contact Data Score
A contact data score in Box+Dice updates in RiTA. However, RiTA’s contact data score doesn’t update in Box+Dice.

Contact Details
Changes made on a contact’s first name and last name in Box+Dice are updated in RiTA and can only be viewed.
Primary mobile and email address are updated in RiTA when changes are made in Box+Dice, and vice-versa.
Updates on secondary phone numbers in Box+Dice can only be viewed in RiTA. Changes in RiTA cannot be made.

Communication Preference
Changes made on a contact’s ‘No Spam’ preference in Box+Dice are updated in RiTA, and vice versa.

RiTA will attempt to update data in Box+Dice as soon as possible.
